How to check if Application License is assigned to your user?

Check Application License:

To check that you have application license assigned to your user please see the steps below:

• Go to Setup | Installed Packages
• Find Ortoo Email-to-anything and click on Manage Licenses (If Email-to-anything is not listed here then you have to install its latest version first from AppExchange or link provided by Ortoo Support)
• You can check here that your User is added in the Licensed Users list
• If your User is not listed then you can add it by clicking Add Users button then select it from Available Users and click the Add button
