e2a with External Licenses

External licenses include legacy portal licenses and Communities licenses, e2a can be used with 'Customer Portal Users' and 'Community Portal Users' licenses. Please see the steps below to configure e2a with external licenses:

Steps to configure

• Assign e2a license to external user

Setup | Manage Users | Users | Your User

Installed Packages | Ortoo:Email-to-anything | Manage Licenses | Add Users

• Assign member to the community using e2a permission sets (For Customer Portal Users all types of permission can be used but it is recommended to use e2a community user permission set and for Community Portal Users only e2a community user permission should be used)

Setup | Customize | Communities | All Communities | Your Community | Manage | Administration | Members | Select Permission Sets

• Assign tabs to the community so these tabs will be shown to Users. Tabs can be assigned as follows:

Setup | Customize | Communities | All Communities | Your Community | Manage | Administration | Tabs
