How to resolve error 'Address owner is inactive'?
The sender receives an error indicating: '550 Address owner is inactive'
Make sure that the "Context User" specified in the Email Address (under the Email Service) is an Active User in Salesforce.
You can check the context user and modify it from Setup | Email Services | Choose the service name under which the Email address is set up
To edit the Context User, go to Edit from Action column and select the new Contect User from the lookup.
