Create a Queue for Unmatched Emails


 

This is a queue where any incoming emails are put if they don’t match or create a record in the Target Object. Users can view the queue in the “e2a Unmatched Emails” tab and decide what to do with each email.

 

You will need at least one unmatched queue to use with e2a. Create it as follows:

  1. Go to Setup | Manage Users | Queues
  2. Click the New button to create a new Queue
  3. Configure the queue as in the following screenshot, giving it an appropriate Label and name

  4. Press the Save button
