e2a Distribution Lists

Distribution lists in e2a provide the ability to create an email distribution list that is made up of a selected list of contacts and/or users. An e2a user with e2a Administrator or e2a Manager permissions could add users/contacts in the distribution lists.

• e2a Distribution Lists tab allows you to set up an email distribution list that you can later use to send email to
• Specify the descriptive name of Distribution List. (For example ‘Sales Team’ for your sales team email distribution list)
• You can add Contacts and/or Users with Contact and User lookups under distribution list
• The Contacts and/or Users you have added will be shown up in to the Contacts and Users tab on distribution list screen
